By booking a lesson or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
Rose Elite Golf provides golf instruction, coaching, clinics, and related services. All services are provided by appointment only unless otherwise stated.

2. Booking & Payment

Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking platform.

Payment is due prior to or at the time of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

Cash payments may be accepted at the first lesson with prior approval.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed lessons or missed appointments. Package lessons are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of Rose Elite Golf.
5. Late Arrivals
Lesson time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not receive extended time, and the lesson will end as originally scheduled.

6. Assumption of Risk
Golf instruction involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with golf activities, including but not limited to physical injury.

7. Release of Liability
Rose Elite Golf and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during lessons, practice, or related activities, except where prohibited by law.

8. Media & Marketing
By participating in lessons, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during sessions to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing otherwise.
9. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, facilities, and other participants. Rose Elite Golf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

10. Weather Policy
Outdoor lessons are subject to weather conditions. Lessons may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather at no penalty to the client.

11. Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent prior to participation.

12. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, videos, drills, and content provided by Rose Elite Golf are the intellectual property of Rose Elite Golf and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

13. Changes to Terms
Rose Elite Golf reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
